Family-Based Petitions

A petition on behalf of a non-citizen who wants to lawfully immigrate in the U.S. and/or reunite with family members. The petitioner must be a legal permanent resident or a U.S. citizen.

Depending on the relationship (i.e. parent, child, or spouse) and the petitioner’s status (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident) the time required to complete this process varies.
