Immigration Attorney Cristhian Garcia, Esq.

Cristhian Garcia is an Associate Attorney at the Joli Law Firm. Cristhian was born in Nicaragua and was raised in Hollywood, FL. Cristhian completed her undergraduate education at Keiser University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies.

Cristhian earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami Gardens, FL. While attending law school, Cristhian served as judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Michelle Towbin-Singer of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida. Cristhian also participated in the December 2015 Pro Se Asylum Clinic, Citizenship Drive, Bankruptcy Clinic, and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.

As an immigration attorney at the Joli Law Firm, Cristhian practices before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Immigration Courts, and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Cristhian is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Cristhian is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice law throughout Florida. As a native Nicaraguan, Cristhian is very passionate in the area of immigration, and is fully dedicated to the immigrant community.
